How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days in Europe and 5–9 business days worldwide. Express delivery is estimated at 2–4 business days where available. Made-to-order production happens before dispatch and can take 1–3 weeks depending on the design.

How much is delivery?
Standard insured delivery is free. An express upgrade may carry an additional charge where available; any charge is shown before payment.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update an address before dispatch when operational and security checks allow, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or is in transit.
