Yes! Every Amour Diamant ring comes with a 3 years warranty that protects against any changes in color, clarity or brilliance of the band. The warranty will start when you receive your item. We will change your ring for free if it will have any lose in color or shining.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS (depending on what contact info you have used during the checkout) with a link to your order. There you'll find the tracking number. Also, you can contact support and ask for assistance.
Yes. For this you'll need to contact us as soon as possible and if your order hasn't been shipped yet, you'll be approved to place a new order for your desired ring (2 carats). Once your new order is placed, come back with an email and we'll cancel and refund first order. Contact our support for more info.
Order confirmation emails may take up to 30 minutes to arrive at your inbox. In the event you do not find it in your email, please make sure to check your spam folder and also add our email to your email list to receive further order updates. If you still haven’t received your confirmation email after 30 minutes, please contact our support center and we will get it sorted out in no time.

Please be advised that for any changes in your order, you will be provided a limited window of 60 minutes (1 hour) to cancel the order and proceed on a new one for any modification you would like to make.

For cancellations and changes, please send us an email via so we can take care of your request immediately.

Any modification or change request made:

1. AFTER 60 minutes will incur a service fee of 29 euros. This is because after this time, your order is going to be directly shipped to the warehouse for final touches in preparation of your order processing and delivery.

This includes:

  • Changing the Item and Size
  • Changes in the billing or shipping address
  • Adding Items in your order
  • Changing the shipping method
  • Changing the name in the order.
  • Changing the phone number in the order.
2. AFTER 12 hours, no further changes and modification can be allowed as the order is already final. In that regard, any chances will need to follow our returns process policy.

IMPORTANT: Lost orders due to incorrect address do not qualify for replacement and refund.

Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes or modification to the order cannot be made further and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that accurate address information are put in during checkout. In the event that there is an inaccurate address detail that needs correction, it is imperative that you notify us within 12 hours prior to your order being finalized. Otherwise, once shipped, you can monitor your order and after it arrives locally, you can notify your local post office of the correct address so they can update and deliver your order to your correct address without any issues.
