Free insured FedEx delivery usually takes 5–7 days for in-stock rings. Made-to-order rings require 1–2 weeks for production before dispatch. Contact us if your order is urgent.

Eligible orders may be returned within 60 days under our returns policy. Request a size change within 30 days: one size up or down is free, while larger changes may require a small fee confirmed before work begins.

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers defects and manufacturing faults. Store your jewellery separately and avoid perfume and household chemicals to help protect its finish.
