- Custom orders, made-to-order products and products made in a custom size
- Clearance items, products marked as final sale and products purchased during a special sale
- Orders placed with a discount code whose terms stated that the purchase would be final sale

How do I get the return address?
Contact our support team with your order ID. Once your return is authorized, we will send the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send an item before receiving authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may apply, and in some cases you will be responsible for sending the item back. If the return is required because of an issue on our side, state this in your return request so we can review the shipping costs.
What if my item is damaged, wrong or missing?
Contact info@amourdiamant.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo or video explaining the issue. We will review the request and contact you if we need more information.
Can I cancel after my order is dispatched?
Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, it may still be returned within 60 days after delivery.
What happens after my return is inspected?
After successful delivery and inspection by Amour Diamant, an eligible return receives a full refund.
