How do I choose the correct ring size?

Use our Size Guide to compare an existing ring or measure the intended finger. If the proposal is a surprise, choose a Size Adjustable option when it is available for the design you like. Otherwise, select your best estimate and we can resize the ring free of charge after the proposal.

What if the ring size is wrong?

Not a problem. Contact us after delivery and we’ll arrange a complimentary size change for you.

How long will delivery take?

Free insured FedEx delivery usually takes 5–7 days for in-stock rings. Made-to-order rings require 1–2 weeks for production. If your order is urgent, contact us to ask about 1–3-day delivery with DHL Express.

Are shipping and returns free?

Insured shipping is free, and eligible orders may be returned within 60 days under our returns policy.
