Warranty questions
Yes. Professional cleaning, polishing and appearance-refresh services are complimentary for Amour Diamant jewellery. Please contact us before sending your piece so we can arrange the service.
Accidental damage, loss or theft, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions, and repairs or alterations by an unauthorised third party are not covered by the manufacturing warranty. Complimentary care remains available for eligible cleaning and polishing.
Inspection times vary by item and condition. Our support team will update you after the item is received and before any work begins.
