Yes! Every Amour Diamant ring comes with a lifetime warranty that protects against any changes in color, clarity or brilliance of the band. The warranty will start when you receive your item. We offer free polishing or plating for your ring if it will have any lose in color or shining.

Yes, if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you can contact us and request a gemstone upgrade. You’ll only need to pay the difference in price. If your ring has already been shipped, you’ll need to return it for an exchange. Again, there are no additional charges. For more information, please contact our support team.
We strive to provide you with the finest gemstone available for your ring, although we cannot guarantee specific color, clarity, or cut. However, we can assure you that approximately 95% of our gemstones fall within a specific range. These gemstones typically exhibit colors in the range of D, E, or F, and possess clarity grades of VVS1, VVS2, VS1, or VS2. Furthermore, their cuts are categorized as Very Good, Excellent, or Ideal, ensuring exceptional quality.
Yes, but not for all gemstones. To offer the best prices on the market and provide the best available diamonds, we don’t laser-scribe the report number on all gemstones. This allows us to offer the best diamonds at the best price. If you need it laserscribed, please contact us before purchasing. Please note that laserscribed diamond can be more expensive by 30 to 50%.
Order confirmation emails may take up to 30 minutes to arrive at your inbox. In the event you do not find it in your email, please make sure to check your spam folder and also add our email to your email list to receive further order updates. If you still haven’t received your confirmation email after 30 minutes, please contact our support center and we will get it sorted out in no time.
You have a 60-minute window after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. To do so, please email us at info@amourdiamant.com, and we’ll assist you immediately. Changes requested after 60 minutes will incur a €29 service fee, as your order is already being prepared for processing and shipment. This includes: • Changing the item or size • Updating billing or shipping address • Adding items to your order • Modifying the shipping method • Changing the name or phone number on the order After 12 hours, no further changes can be made. At that point, your order is final, and any adjustments must follow our return policy. Important: Orders lost due to incorrect address details are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes or modification to the order cannot be made further and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that accurate address information are put in during checkout. In the event that there is an inaccurate address detail that needs correction, it is imperative that you notify us within 12 hours prior to your order being finalized. Otherwise, once shipped, you can monitor your order and after it arrives locally, you can notify your local post office of the correct address so they can update and deliver your order to your correct address without any issues.
