How long does it take to deliver?

When you place an Amour Diamant™ order, the work begins immediately as each order is carefully handmade by our professional craftsmen. Product completion and dispatch take approximately 1-3 business days. For rings made to order (i.e fixed size rings) it can take up to 1-3 weeks for the designing and manufacturing of the ring.

We’re pleased to inform you that orders placed in Europe are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. For other countries, delivery takes 5-9 days.

Regardless of your location in the world, we will get your AmourDiamant™ to you.

TAX, TARIFF AND CUSTOM CLEARANCE

While tax and customs duty legislation varies from country to country, our customers typically don’t incur any taxes or fees. We complete a special customs declaration to help our customers avoid any unwanted taxes or fees. Additionally, we pay the VAT for the declared amount.

However, in very rare situations, there may be occasional instances where small local taxes (10-20 euros) need to be covered. 

In case you are contacted by FedEx or Customs or if you encounter any difficulties or have questions about taxes or customs clearance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our support team is trained to assist you with any issues in any European country.

What delivery method will you use?

We offer express door-to-door delivery with FedEx, UPS or DHL. All orders are insured.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we sell our jewelry globally and deliver each order to every country in the world. 

Do I need to pay any taxes?

Short answer - No. Our customers usually don’t pay anything when they receive the order. However, if customs contacts you and requires some confirmations, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you with everything. 

What time are deliveries usually made?

Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. FedEx Ground picks up packages Monday−Friday. Contact your local FedEx office for more information. 

How can I track my shipping?

You'll receive the shipping confirmation email with the link to your tracking number. Use the tracking number on FedEx/DHL website or on services like 17track.net
